As the Director of Operations, Contracts Management, you will be responsible for managing the workflow of new and existing client contracts.  


Responsibilities

  • Manage a robust operational and quality contract management and reporting system.  
  • Draft and review all client contracts in coordination with General Counsel.  
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients on contractual matters.  
  • Partner with finance on revenue projections, tracking, and the set up of new clients. 
  • Support new business activities including overseeing completion of sample contracts, NDAs, and operational information.   
  • Draft and finalize all contractor agreements.  
  • Serves as an in-house subject matter expert for contracting terms and processes.   
  • Track and manage the status of contracts.  
  • Assists in implementing strategies for operational management and development to meet organizational plans and goals within budgets and timelines.   
  • Other duties as assigned.  

Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience   
  • Proficiency in excel   
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.   
  • Self-motivation, the ability to work independently, as well as a strong commitment to teamwork.   
  • Experience managing multiple projects and the ability to handle competing deadlines.   
  • Ability to adapt and respond quickly to changing landscapes, and to work well under pressure.   
  • Proactively fosters an inclusive atmosphere and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.  
  • Communicate priorities and needs across internal teams  


Benefits

SKDK is committed to pay equity. SKDK believes the target range of base compensation in this role is $65,000-$90,000. In addition to base salary, SKDK considers other key components as part of total compensation, including but not limited to an annual discretionary bonus, commission on new business, and a comprehensive benefits package. Actual base compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors, such as skillset, level of experience, and location.
